ELLENBURG CENTER---Alden Goss, 85, formerly of Brandy Brook Road, passed away on September 4, 2017 in Malone.
He was born in Churubusco, NY on August 14, 1932, the son of Ralph and Hazel (Sharron) Goss.
Survivors include his wife, Veronica Goss; eight children, Walter Goss and companion, Carrie Knapp of Lyon Mountain, Brenda Rock of Ellenburg, Eldon Goss of Ogdensburg, Brian and Chris Goss of Ellenburg, Richard and Barbara Goss of Ellenburg Depot, Dale Goss and companion, Amy Lord of Champlain, Susan Shedrick of Plattsburgh, and Hilda Belair of Altona; one sister, Marion Long of Fairmont, WV; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by three siblings, Ralph and Lester Goss and Edna Brown.
Visitation will be September 9th from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. at the Rabideau Funeral Home in Ellenburg. Burial will follow at 12:00 p.m. in St. Edmund's Cemetery in Ellenburg.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Rabideau Funeral Home, 5614 Route 11, Ellenburg.
