Ellenburg – Brenda L. LaBombard, 58, of Peets Road, passed away, June 10, 2026.
She was born in Plattsburgh on April 9, 1968, Daughter of Donald and Mildred (LaFountain) Lashway.
For 41 years, she was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother, and loyal friend. She lived life to the fullest and found joy in every adventure. She loved camping, taking rides on her side-by-side, traveling, trying her luck at the casino, and making memories wherever she went.
More than anything, she treasured her time spent with her family and friends. Her grandchildren (knew her as Memee) were the light of her life, and she never missed an opportunity to celebrate their accomplishments, share a laugh, or create memories with them.
Known as the life of the party, she had a gift for bringing people together. Her infectious smile, quick wit, and generous heart made everyone around her feel welcome and loved. Whether gathering around a campfire, on a family trip, or simply enjoying time together, she created moments that will be remembered forever.
Though her passing leaves an immeasurable void, her love, laughter, and spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
Survivors include her husband, Jimmy Dean; children, Jimmer and Brittany LaBombard, Brandon LaBombard (Katelynn King), Tiffany LaBombard (Justin Pelkey).;siblings, Cathy and Kevin Finlayson, Debby Bushey, Betty and Ronald Brunet, Darlene and Dale Brunet, Sharron and Gary McDonald, Allyson Manor, Tom and Jackie Lashway, and Crissy and Brad McDonald, and Michelle King; grandchildren, Brycen LaBombard, Morgin LaBombard, and Paytin LaBombard; Mother-in-law and Father-in-law: Jim and Mary LaBombard.;sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Miles and Diane Magoon, Darlene LaBombard, Debbie Cook; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Brenda was predeceased by her parents Donald and Mildred Lashway; Brother; Melvin Lashway and her Brother -in- laws; Jimmy Bushey and Ronnie Manor.
Private services will be held at the Rabideau Funeral Home.
Celebration of life will be announced in the coming weeks.
