WEST CHAZY- Bruce W. Perkins, 67, of Rooney Road, passed away Thursday, July 16, 2020 at the CVPH Medical Center.

He was born in Plattsburgh on November 9, 1952 the son of Ernest and Gloria (Perkins) Manor.

Bruce graduated from Northern Adirondack Central School.

He served in the United States Army from 1973 to 1976.

Bruce enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, mowing yards, movie nights, and most of all helping people and spending time with his family.

Survivors include his companion, Barbara Barber; son, Shawn Perkins and fiancé    Maegan Lavalley; daughter, Shawna Perkins and her companion, Zackery Messier, daughter by choice, Naveena Sykes; brothers, Clarence "Hoss" (Sandy) Manor, Ronald (Allyson) Manor, Danny (Tammy) Manor, Michael (Belinda) Manor and Hank (Linda) Manor; 7 nieces and 8 nephews.
