MOOERS – Carol B. Stein, 76, formerly of Altona, passed away, November 19, 2025 with her loving family by her side.

She was born on March 30, 1949 to Lawrence "Joe" and Rita Myatt.

Carol married the love of her life, William B. Stein on July 26, 1969.  She lived a full life filled with hard work, lots of family, and fun times.

Left to cherish her memory is her son and daughter-in-law, Billy and Katie Stein;  her grandchildren, Karleen (Josh) Castine and Brent (Katie) Stein;  and great-grandchildren, Gracelyn Castine, Gabriel Castine, and Eleanor Castine.  She also leaves behind sisters, Sue (Jim) Allen, Edra (Leon) Langlois, Patty (Gary) Winterbottom, and Bonnie (Todd) Boulerice;  brothers, Ricky Myatt and Mike (Robin) Myatt;  sister-in-law, Joli Myatt; brother-in-law, Robin (Jan) Stein;  as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Carol has been reunited with her husband;  mother and father;  mother-in-law and father-in-law, William T. and Hazel Stein;  brothers, Robert Myatt, Randy Myatt, and Larry Myatt;  as well as many close relatives and friends.

Carol made friends wherever she went and is no doubt making more.

We love you Carol until we meet again!

A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, November 29th at the VFW on the St. John's Road in Champlain beginning at noon.
