PERU, NY – On Thursday, April 15, 2021, David W. Everett was reunited with his loving wife Jane (Boyd) Everett who passed away on December 9, 2019.

David and Jane joined their hands on December 26, 1950 at the United Methodist Church in Harkness and began their wonderful 68 years of marriage.

They worked side by side at the family orchard in Peru, Everett Orchards, all while raising their family.

Those left behind to continue their legacy are four children, Bill and Julie Everett, Tom and Debbie Everett, Sue Cotter, and Dianne and Ron Miller; seven grandchildren, Brandon, Megan, Karli, Brad, Katie, Elissa, and Kyle; 11 great-grandchildren; and nephew Gary Boyd and niece Ann Cianfrocco .

David and Jane were predeceased by their parents, and Jane's brother, Kenneth Boyd.

Services will be privately held at the convenience of the family. Burial will take place in God's Acre Cemetery in Peru.

Donations in their memories may be made to the Peru Community Church or to the Peru Fire Department.
