Henry A. Barnaby Jr. "Peanut", 71 passed away, September 18, 2025 with his loving daughters by his side. Born to the late Henry Barnaby, Sr and Katherine Marshall on November 2, 1953 in Hartford, CT. His son Mark A. Barnaby and great-grandson Keanu will meet him at heaven's doors with open arms.

He is survived by his two loving daughters, Anita and her husband Christopher Cutter of Schenectady, NY and Rebecca and her husband Kevin Saville of Chazy, NY;  his bonus daughter Tanya Peck and her fiancé James of Keeseville, NY;  two brothers, Gary Barnaby and his wife Donna and Timothy Barnaby and his wife Sharon all of Chazy Lake, NY.   He also leaves behind his grandchildren Kayla Saville and her companion Ron, Justin Saville, Alexandra Caprood and her husband Walter, Daniel Wade, Jr  and his companion Samantha, Chelsea Wood and her companion Ryan, Aaron Wood and his companion Madison and Kevin M Roberts and his fiancée Aiden;  three great-granddaughters; six great-grandsons and multiple nieces and nephews.  With his passion for animals and his firm

beliefs in hard work, Peanut found himself thoroughly enjoying his farming career.  With a gypsy soul that often times would need to be rescued from his many adventures to Florida, Connecticut, New Jersey, Carolinas and finally New York where he passed his passions of traveling to his daughters.

His love for his family is something you could see within him that carried to his daughters and they have passed this love onto their families.

Peanut has spent countless hours on his cell phone, going down his contact list calling each and every one countless times throughout the day. Peanut will be remembered for his love for Honey BBQ potato chips (especially Wise), Pepsi, coffee, and peanut butter crackers.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 22nd from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Rabideau Funeral Home in Ellenburg.  A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 1:00 p.m. in Holy Angels Church in Altona.  Burial will follow alongside his mother in the parish cemetery.

Donations in his memory may be made to the Rabideau Funeral Home to be placed into a fund to assist children of all ages.
