CHAZY LAKE--- Jeffery Francis King, passed away, May 12, 2019 at the age of 62. He was born March 18, 1957 in Plattsburgh, the son of Frank and Kathleen (Rebideau) King.

Jeff attended St. Joseph's Catholic School and graduated from NAC.

He was self employed for many years, operating King's Excavating, was the former Highway Superintendent for the Town of Dannemora, worked at Ranch Side Park in Ellenburg, D & S Specialties in Mooers and finally retired to do what he loved most, his hobby farm.  Side by side with Cheryle, he enjoyed the time they spent tending to their animals, their yearly pig roast, had a love of tractors, and especially loved the time spent with family and friends, including his Amish friends.  Jeff also enjoyed watching NASCAR.

He is survived by his mother, Kathleen King of Chazy Lake; his soul mate, Cheryle Saltmarsh of Chazy Lake; sisters, Susan Glaude and companion Dan Gagne of Chazy Lake, Carol and Dale Mason of Chazy Lake, and Sharon and Howard Relation of Altona; brother, Scott King of Chazy Lake; nephews, Eric Glaude, Brandon Glaude, Mike Mason, Bryan Mason, Dustin Relation;  niece, Kristin Bond;  and several great nieces and a great nephew, whom he enjoyed immensely.  Jeff is also survived by many aunts, uncles, close friends, and his extended family that he shared with Cheryle, who he loved deeply.

Jeff is predeceased by his father, Frank; maternal grandparents, John "Pat" and Leona Rebideau;  paternal grandparents, Hazel and Harold King;  a niece, Rebecca Relation;  his aunt, Carol Coplen;  and uncle, Miles Martin.

The family wishes to thank all those who have touched his life and their family.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Rabideau Funeral Home in Ellenburg.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. in St. Joseph's Church in Dannemora.  Burial will follow in the parish cemetery.
