Mooers Forks- Kirk D. Sample, 66, of Blackman Corners Rd. passed away, Thursday, August 21, 2025 at his home.

He was born in Plattsburgh the son of Wright and Clarice Ethel (Walker) Sample.

Kirk will be laid to rest with his parents at Riverview Cemetery in Chazy.
