ELLENBURG DEPOT – Ronald "Ronnie" Manor, 65, of Plank Road, passed away surrounded by his loving family on December 11, 2024 in Syracuse.

He was born on March 14, 1959, the son of Ernest and Gloria (Perkins) Manor.

Husband, Father, Papa, Brother, Brother-in-law, Uncle, Nephew, Friend.

Ronnie carried many titles, and each one was important to him.  His work ethic was second to none.  His family was the light of his life.

He rarely said no to anyone, and if someone needed a helping hand, Ronnie's was the first hand stretched out to help.  His joking manner and ways to get information he could use to find humor in any situation, were well known.

Memories of him will be held dear to our hearts, and help to sustain all who loved and admired him, until we meet again.  Our hearts are broken at his loss, however, we know he is finally resting at peace.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Allyson Manor, whom he married on October 27, 1979;  son, Billy Manor and Christa Shippee;  daughter, Jessica Cerjan and Carrie;  grandchildren, Sutton and Willow Manor;  brothers, Clarence "Hoss" and Sandy Manor, Danny and Tammy Manor, Michael and Belinda Manor, and Hank and Linda Manor;  and several nieces and nephews.

Ronnie was predeceased by his parents;  mother-in-law and father-in-law, Donald and Mildred Lashway;  step-father, Francis Lashway;  brother, Bruce Perkins; and two brothers-in-law, Melvin Lashway and James Bushey.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 15th from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Rabideau Funeral Home.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 11:00 a.m. in St. Edmund's Church, Ellenburg.
