PLATTSBURGH – Thomas W. Goodrow, Jr., 50, formerly of Mooers, passed away, August 1, 2026.

He was born in Plattsburgh on April 22, 1976, the son of Thomas W. Goodrow, Sr. and Betty Jean LaBarge Rascoe.

Thomas worked with the Environmental Services Department at the CVPH Medical Center for many years.

Tom was known for his goofy personality. He had a great love for nature and could always find him outside. He loved to fish, enjoyed riding his motorcycle and spending time with his kids. If there was a stereo nearby, he was blasting some AC/DC music. Survivors include his children, Thomas Goodrow, III and spouse Kimberly Goodrow, Ryan Goodrow, and Alicia Goodrow; his parents, Betty Jean LaBarge Rascoe and Thomas Goodrow, Sr.; brother, Ernie Goodrow and spouse Debi Goodrow; sister, Ashley Goodrow; grandchildren, Amaya Goodrow, Luca Piacente , and Theo Piacente; and two nieces, Taylor Goodrow and Emma Goodrow.

Thomas was predeceased by his grandparents, Joyce and Ernest Goodrow, and Leah and Aiden LaBarge.
